The Can of Comfort is a quart-sized container filled with candy that also contains the 96-Hour Survival Guide© This highly useful guide provides important contact numbers and follow up information for those in need.  A hang tag on the outside of the can shares valuable guidance for both the survivor and supporting family members.  Cans also include a personal letter from Vickie Walker and her son A.J., offering encouragement and hope.

Circle The Wagons has entered into a partnership with first responders and other community support agencies which are in a position to provide a Can of Comfort™ immediately following a violent crime.

The gesture of providing a Can of Comfort is similar to that of law enforcement and other first responders when they deliver stuffed animals or blankets to children who have been traumatized by crime or experienced domestic violence. Salt Lake City law enforcement officials have officially agreed to participate with Circle The Wagons in disseminating the Can of Comfort™ to those in need. They further endorse the Organization’s program as a means of support that has been missing for victims.

Cans of Comfort are custom created for Circle the Wagons by a local Utah confectionary, d’Lish Confections, LLC., and provided at a discount. D’Lish has also committed that a percentage of profits from their operations will be donated annually to Circle The Wagons.
